For over a century Hephzibah Ministries has been serving the needs of children and families who are homeless, orphaned, abused, and neglected. Our passion is driven by Christ’s command to "offer a cup of cold water" in Jesus' name and to provide loving, caring, professional, and passionate service.
Hephzibah Ministries is an auxiliary ministry of the Wesleyan Church International. The Wesleyan Church International Center is located at 13300 Olio Road, Fishers, Indiana 46037. Hephzibah Ministries is governed by a Board of Directors of highly professional persons all serving voluntarily. The Board of Director elects the President of Hephzibah Ministries.
For more than a century Hephzibah Ministries has been serving the needs of children and young people. Many changes have taken place during this period of time.

In the early 1900s we were known as Hephzibah Orphanage. As the number of true orphans declined and the need for residential foster care increased we then became known as Hephzibah Children’s Home.
In 2005 it become obvious to the Board of Directors that due to the restructuring of the state in reference to residential child care and the many opportunities that would be afforded us with our beautiful 205 acre campus, the organization would position itself to meet a diversity of needs in our community, state and nation. As a result, we would no longer be known as Hephzibah Children’s Home, but rather Hephzibah Ministries Inc.
Under this broad umbrella of Hephzibah Ministries, services would include not only residential child care but an ever increasing expansion of care for a greater population. This diversity of services would include Hephzibah Family and Children Services which opened in 2007 as an outpatient Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling Center, residential living for senior adults and residential living for the physically and mentally challenged population.
